Elk City Municipal Court
Elk City Municipal Court is held on Thursdays in the court room at Elk City Police Department. Adult Arraignment begins at 1:30 pm and Juvenile Arraignment begins at 3:00 pm. Court Dockets for Initial Appearance Adult Arraignment can be downloaded and viewed.
The warrant list is updated once a week on Sunday nights. If a payment is made or a warrant is recalled, it WILL NOT be removed from the list until a weekly update is completed.
