Located on the East side of Elk City on Hwy 66, The Elk City Convention Center is an ideal location for your next event. Guests coming from the East on I-40, use Exit 41 and West Bound travelers use Exit 40. It’s located on 15 acres with RV electrical and water hook-ups.

Elk City Convention Center Rental Rates
Main Hall
(Includes kitchen & west room)
Monday – Friday: $250.00 per day / Saturday & Sunday: $500.00
South Building
Monday – Friday: $250.00 per day / Saturday & Sunday: $500.00
Additional Fees
Round 60” Tables: $10.00 ea.
Pipe & Drape: $20.00 per 10’ section
10 lbs. Ice Bags: $1.00 ea.
Setup Days / Fee
Set-up the day before the rental date is not permitted unless the renter has also reserved this period of time. Set-up days are half of the rental fee.
Deposit Required
Events with under 200 guests:
$500.00 Deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
Events with over 200 guests:
$1,500.00 Deposit
is required at the time of the reservation.
The Convention Center is not considered reserved until the deposit fee is collected, and all paperwork filled out.
