Bid Notice – Equipment and Installation of a Bulk Water Supply Station

Bids Due By Monday, December 19, 2022 12:00 PM. 

The City of Elk City will accept sealed bids for Equipment and Installation of a Bulk Water Supply Station.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 19, 2022 in the office of the City Clerk, 320 W 3^rd, Elk City Oklahoma 73644.  Specifications are as follows:

• Bulk water station controller including Nema 4x stainless steel temperature controlled and ready for wall mounting. Multiple access methods including keypad entry, swipe cards, key fobs, Credit/debit – Heavy duty printer and software
• Anti-Siphon Device
• 1 – 4” Butterfly Valve with actuator
• Any Misc electrical hardware and installation hardware
• Service Technician(s) (specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, programming, and travel)
